Dazzling chicken Indian way



       &Ingredients&
&- Four pieces of chicken breast cut into cubes.
&-Four tablespoons of white flour.
&-Four cloves of crushed garlic.
&- Onion, chopped.
&-Four tablespoons of butter.
&-  Half a teaspoon of chopped ginger.
&-A stick of cinnamon.
&-  Teaspoon of turmeric.
&-A teaspoon of love cardamom.
&-  A teaspoon of cloves.
&-  Small spoon of salt.
&-  A small tray of hot tomato sauce.
&-Six tablespoons of cream.
&-Laurel papers.

  *How to prepare*
&-  Put the chicken cubes in a bowl, then add the flour and stir.
&-Put the butter in a bowl over the heat, then add the onions and stir.
&-Add the crushed garlic and continue stirring until the onions wither.
&-Add the chicken cubes and stir until they change color.
&-Add cardamom, cloves, ginger, tomato sauce, bay leaf, turmeric and toss.
&-Cover the bowl and put it on the fire for about half an hour or until the chicken is tender.
&- Add the cream and toss, then serve hot beside a plate of rice.
&-  Hot tomato sauce can be replaced with regular sauce, and add half a teaspoon of crushed chili to give it a spicy flavor.
